Computer repair
We are different from most. Lots of companies will hook your computer to another computer and let an automated program "fix" what it thinks is best. Others will save your special files. Hopefully they are where they expect them to be. Then they will "ghost" your hard drive, reinstall a fresh copy of Windows, then dump your files back on. They might save your settings. Doesn't sound good, does it.
We talk with you. Find out what your basic problem is. Then FIX IT. We can go in and remove programs and files you got installed accidentally. No anti virus program is perfect. Things will sneak by if your definitions are not current enough or if their "cootie" is new enough. We will find the problem and only remove and disrupt the files affected.
We will look at everything and suggest options to keep it from happening in the future. We have expensive options. We have free options. We do what YOU WANT. Not what we want. It all depends on your usage. When it comes to every program out there....there are free options and there are very EXPENSIVE options. You pick the one appropriate for you.
Another thing we are great at is bringing your computer current with Windows updates, feature updates, most current antivirus definitions, hardware and BIOS software updates. One little hickup can keep your computer from getting the most current updates to install, leaving your system to fall further and further behind.
If your problem returns. You come back and we do it again FREE OF CHARGE. We generally never see a computer come back once done. And the great thing is, all your files are still where you left them because we don't move them.
Hard Drive Recovery
Hard drive crash is one of the most disruptive things that can happen to a computer, to a person or small business. Not having access to your data when you want it. Mechanical failures occur. Hard drives will not last forever. Prediction of failure is almost impossible. We know we are to back up our data but the vast number of us do not, or do not frequently enough.
We have an extremely high rate of recovery of data when we receive a computer, new or old, where we have to extract the hard drive, and remove all the data from it. From pictures thought lost forever, to that quick books file for your business that has all your customer and billing information. We have equipment and knowledge to be able to breath life into your hard drive and get that data back for you.

Computer purchasing
We love Dell. Our computers are Dell. We have a very low frequency of computers brought to us for repair that are made by Dell. But we work on all Windows based laptops and desktops. We do NOT work on Macs/Apple, we do not work on tablets or smartphones.
If you have a student, or a small business; maybe a computer got stolen or damaged in a storm or by a cup of coffee. We can work with you to get the right one just for you. We will interview you. What will you use it for? What software do you want added? How much streaming or gaming do you do?
